Description
This house was renovated from an old country house with a lot of charm. Respecting the previous aspect now has all the comforts of life today. It has two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a very well equipped kitchen with a designer stove, a very large dining area and a huge and open living room with comfortable sofas. The porch is quite large with a wonderful barbecue. There is also a very large pool, a garden area with grass and palm trees. The house is located outside the town, in a very quiet situation, but only a few minutes drive to Calonge and some of the most beautiful beaches on the island.
In the summer months, air conditioning is included in the rental price with a fixed schedule (22:00 - 06:00). In the winter months, the air conditioning can be used to heat all day and night at no extra charge.

Der Service rundherum ist auch über alle Maßen - das nette Verwalterpärchen ist immer bemüht alles top in Ordnung zu halten, ist unglaublich herzlich und freundlich und wir freuen uns jedes Mal, wenn wir kurz Hallo sagen können. Bei der Ankunft gab es wieder ein paar Willkommens-Präsente, u.a. Eier von den eigenen Hühnern. Wir haben jedes Mal das Gefühl, wieder nach Hause zu kommen und der Urlaub startet sofort! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können diese Finca vorbehaltslos jedem weiterempfehlen!
