Drac 1 is located in a unique position on the first line of the sea on the fine white sandy beach in Cala Santanyí, a small and quiet bay surrounded by pine trees in the southeast of Majorca, about 50 km from the airport. The apartment has a balcony with views of the beach and the sea. On the balcony there is a small table with two chairs to enjoy breakfast with the sound of the sea. It has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a living-dining room with an open fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and combined fridge. It is functional and equipped with satellite TV, internet access and central heating. A cot and high chair are provided on request. Bed linen and towels, of course, are available.
Santanyí, where there are numerous shops, restaurants and shops and a popular weekly market, is about 3.5 km away.

We loved our Apartment location, allowing us the flexibiity to enjoy a morning / evening swim on Cala Santanyi while out exploring the aray of beaches on the east. Views direct over Cala Santanyi were mesmerising to wake up to. Will definately returnsee more

We arrived June 8th for a 8 nights stay in Drac 1 which is situated right on the water front.
We are a couple and found the apartment, light, spacious, clean and tidy.
We only used one bedroom of the two in the apartment that faced the sea. We hadsee more
We arrived June 8th for a 8 nights stay in Drac 1 which is situated right on the water front.
We are a couple and found the apartment, light, spacious, clean and tidy. We only used one bedroom of the two in the apartment that faced the sea. We had a little balcony with a table and chairs and a drying rack for towels and swimwear. The view from the balcony and bedroom is beautiful looking straight into the sea and the beach. Very lovely to wake up to every morning, and the sound of the sea was rather soothing! Kitchen was well kitted out, it has everything you need. There’s a small living area with a Tv, although the only language options are German or Spanish, no English option. It didn’t bother us as we didn’t watch tv. We only looked at it as I was Ill a few days. There’s a dining table and chairs in this area too. The bathroom was adequate, shower was hot whenever we used it. Beach towels are provided which is pretty helpful saving space on packing !! Sonja who mange’s the household team was so lovely and super helpful she really made a difference to our stay. Dagmar, in the Drac property office underneath the apartments was really lovely and helpful too when I needed medical help, she helped find a practitioner which was very much appreciated. Also Romy was great for any local info. Cala santanyi is beautifully relaxing, restaurants on the beach front outside Drac were fabulous. Cocktails were great too. George at the terrace bar was lovely too. |

Sehr schöne neue Renovierungen, hat uns gut gefallen.
Wir haben noch nie auf Mallorca einen so schneeweißen Strand erlebt,
aber für das Wetter kann man das Drac Team ja nicht verantwortlich machen. Wir kommen gerne im Herbst wieder und hoffen auf einsee more
