Also the <strong>Coca de Tremp\u00f3<\/strong>, a batter on which fried onion, green pepper and tomato are placed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other typical dishes should also be highlighted, such as the <strong>Frit Mallorqu\u00edn<\/strong>, made from potatoes, onions, peppers, tomatoes and meat; the <strong>Bullit de Peix<\/strong> (cooked fish), one of the most traditional recipes where the quality of the Majorcan fish attracts attention; or <strong>Tumbet<\/strong>, a ratatouille made from potatoes, aubergines, peppers and zucchini, to which meat or fish can be added if desired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When we check the quality of some products or ingredients, which are exquisite in themselves, we cannot miss the <strong>Sobrasada<\/strong> <strong>from Mallorca<\/strong>, one of the most famous and delicious in the whole country. It&#8217;s also interesting to try both the Butifarra (fresh pork sausage) and the Camaiot (aged pork sausage).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When it comes to desserts, there is no doubt that the <strong>Ensaimada<\/strong> is the most popular option not only nationally but also internationally. It is a pastry made from egg, sugar and flour and baked in the oven. It is shaped like a spiral and is offered with or without filling. The Ensaimada is filled either with angel hair (Cabello de \u00c1ngel; a kind of pumpkin jam), cream or vanilla cream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"480\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dracmallorca.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/gastronomia_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-419\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.dracmallorca.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/gastronomia_2.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.dracmallorca.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/gastronomia_2-768x461.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><figcaption>fresh vegetables<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>An amazing aspect that we can highlight about the <strong>city of Santany\u00ed and its gastronomy<\/strong> is that there are currently two restaurants that are operated by famous German actors, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The restaurant <strong>Sa Cova<\/strong> in the Plaza Mayor offers delicious recipes and excellent products from <em>Uwe Ochsenknecht<\/em>.
