Als n\u00e4chstes sprechen wir \u00fcber einige der typischsten Gerichte und Rezepte der Region, damit jeder wei\u00df, was ihn von der k\u00f6stlichen mallorquinischen K\u00fcche erwartet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"480\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dracmallorca.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/gastronomia_1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.dracmallorca.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/gastronomia_1-1.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.dracmallorca.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/gastronomia_1-1-768x461.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><figcaption>Wurstwaren<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Die K\u00fcche Mallorcas ist stark von der mediterranen Ern\u00e4hrung und den einheimischen Produkten dieser Region beeinflusst, aus denen Rezepte mit viel Geschmack zubereitet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So stechen so interessante Rezepte wie <strong>Arroz Brut<\/strong> hervor, ein mit schmackhafter Br\u00fche, Gartenprodukten und vielen Gew\u00fcrzen zubereitetes Reisgericht. Auch die <strong>Coca de Tremp\u00f3<\/strong>, ein Teig, auf den gebratene Zwiebel, gr\u00fcner Pfeffer und Tomate gelegt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desgleichen sind weitere typische Gerichte hervorzuheben wie der <strong>Frit Mallorqu\u00edn<\/strong>, aus Kartoffeln, Zwiebeln, Paprika, Tomaten und Fleisch zubereitet; der <strong>Bullit de Peix<\/strong> (gekochter Fisch), eines der traditionellsten Rezepte, bei dem die Qualit\u00e4t des mallorquinischen Fisches die Aufmerksamkeit auf sich zieht; oder <strong>Tumbet<\/strong>, ein Ratatouille aus Kartoffeln, Auberginen, Peperoni und Zucchini, zu dem auf Wunsch Fleisch oder Fisch hinzugef\u00fcgt werden kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn wir die Qualit\u00e4t einiger Produkte oder Zutaten \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen, die an sich exquisit sind, k\u00f6nnen wir die <strong>Sobrasada aus Mallorca<\/strong>, eine der ber\u00fchmtesten und k\u00f6stlichsten im ganzen Land, nicht \u00fcbersehen. Es ist auch interessant, sowohl die Butifarra (Frischwurst aus Schweinefleisch) als auch die Camaiot (gereifte Wurst aus Schweinefleisch) zu probieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn es um Desserts geht, besteht kein Zweifel daran, dass die <strong>Ensaimada<\/strong> nicht nur national, sondern auch international die bekannteste Option ist. Dabei handelt es sich um ein aus Ei, Zucker und Mehl hergestellten und im Ofen gebackenen Geb\u00e4ck. Es ist spiralf\u00f6rmig geformt und wird mit oder ohne F\u00fcllung angeboten. Gef\u00fcllt wird die Ensaimada entweder mit Engelshaar (Cabello de \u00c1ngel; eine Art K\u00fcrbiskonfit\u00fcre), Sahne oder Vanillecr\u00e9me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"480\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dracmallorca.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/gastronomia_2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-429\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.dracmallorca.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/gastronomia_2-1.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.dracmallorca.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/gastronomia_2-1-768x461.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><figcaption>Gem\u00fcse<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein erstaunlicher Aspekt, den wir \u00fcber die <strong>Stadt Santany\u00ed und ihre Gastronomie<\/strong> hervorheben k\u00f6nnen, ist, dass es derzeit zwei Lokale gibt, die u.a. von ber\u00fchmten deutschen Schauspielern betrieben werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Restaurant <strong>Sa Cova<\/strong> an der Plaza Mayor bietet leckere Rezepte und hervorragende Produkte von <em>Uwe Ochsenknecht<\/em>.
